As your insurance broker we represent you and your best interests, not those of the insurance companies. We recognize that our success is completely dependent on our client's satisfaction and we strive continually to exceed your expectations.
This page is intended to serve as a guide to the services we provide on a day-to-day basis. If you require anything else, or if there are other services you may be interested in that you don't see here, please ask us. As a small firm we are able to be very flexible in meeting all your benefit needs.
Enrollment meetings for new plans, new employees and at renewals:
Employee meetings give the employees opportunity to get together, and become familiar with us, as well as to ask questions, and have open discussions about the plan and how it works. We will also meet with your new employees on an "as needed" basis to explain benefits.
Claims questions, troubleshooting and follow-up:
We take the burden off your hands and answer the simplest of questions as well as troubleshoot the tough questions, like why claims are not paying or not paying correctly and we will follow-up with you promptly.
Coordination of large, on-going, claims:
If you have a situation where you have many claims coming in for an ongoing condition or a situation where you have incurred many claims and are wondering what you owe and to whom, we can help you sort it out. We coordinate with the providers to ensure you only pay what is required by your carriers contract.
Supply requests:
We can provide you with whatever supplies you require to help manage your benefit plans. We are happy to provide custom summaries, applications, order benefit booklets and etc.
Coordination of plans:
We can help to coordinate plans from STD to LTD, Accelerated Death Benefits, and Life Insurance and ensure they all work together.
Gather, compare, and consult on various carrier options:
There are so many carriers and plan options available, and we want you to be confident that we are up to date on the marketplace and the plans available. We will do the legwork for you to shop and compare the carriers, and find the planthat has the best combination of rates and benefits to meet your needs. We like to have open discussions with you to find out how your business is progressing and what you would like to see in your plan design as well as what you would like to see from us.
